“The silver-plated P. Mauriat tenor neck with bracing is the freest blowing neck I’ve ever played. The openness of the player’s throat is then enhanced and supported by this incredible, carefully-crafted neck. The P. Mauriat artisans went our of their way to give me exactly what I needed. I am extremely happy with this neck! – Kirk Whalum” This is the exact same neck that Kirk plays today, and offers a more focused tone when paired with any Tenor saxophones.
